GRYND started because we wanted better fuel for ourselves. We grew up in Western Canada around competitive sport — hockey, running, cycling, baseball. We lived the reality of trying to fuel properly with options that either tasted bad, sat poorly on the stomach, or led to a crash at the worst possible time. We wanted clean Canadian sports nutrition that actually worked. So we built it. GRYND is based in Calgary, Alberta and West Kelowna, British Columbia. Our organic energy waffles are made in Norwich, Ontario by a Dutch family using a traditional stroopwafel recipe built on generations of craft. We use Canadian maple syrup, organic ingredients, and nothing your body won't recognise. No artificial sweeteners. No synthetic junk. Just real food that performs when you need it most.
