3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Grynd is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@grynd.ca and we will make it right. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at info@grynd.ca.

8. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on grynd.ca — including logos, photography, copy, and product names — is owned by Grynd and protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
